Our latest news -

Hob, Brasswinds Ego Trip, continues to make a possitive impact on the breed.  Thirty-six  (36) of his offspring finished their American Championships in the last 2.5 years.  He's been the top sire in the US since 2006. He's the sire of Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, Best in Sweeps, Best Puppy and Award of Merit winners at three national specailties and Best of Breed at one national.  Hob, himself, won the Stud Dog Class at the US and Canadian Nationals and won a US National Award of Merit.  Hob won Best Veteran Sweeps at the 2008 American Spaniel Club as well as an Award of Merit .

Congratulations to Hob daughter, Am Can Ch Carnaby Promise Me from Canada, winner of Best of Breed at the 2007 English Cocker Spaniel Club of America National Specialty.  And, just recently won an Award of Merit at the2008 American Spaniel Club show . "Oreo" was the #2 English Cocker in Canada in 2007 and is a muti group winner in Canada !

         Hope's baby, Ch Brasswinds Roadracer at Warwick has been winning up a storm in the US!  Congrats on his recent four back-to-back Group 1 weekends!  And, Roadie thrilled us with his first Best in Show in the US!! He won an Award of Merit at the 2008 Westminster Kennel Club show.  Roadie finished 2007 as the #1 English Cocker and he's ranked #1 English Cocker in the US through June 2008.

           Not to be out done by her brother, Roadie, Sugar AKA Ch Brasswinds Remember When, has been winning too!  Sugar started of the year winning Best of Breed at the American Spaniel Club.  This is a huge specialty second only to the national show.  The national specialty was another special day for this girl as she went on to win Best of Opposite Sex!  Recently Sugar also won Best of Breed at the ECSCA supported show held at the Bryn Mawr Kennel Club show. This little black and white girl is having  an awesome year!
